• Products must be in new, unused condition.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

Online Courses and Practice Exams (via Teachable)

• You can request a refund within 14 days of your course purchase date.

• Refunds are issued to your original payment method once eligibility is verified.

• Please note that course access will end immediately once your refund is approved.

Refunds

• Refunds are processed to the original payment method after your returned item has been received.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable. If your order included free shipping, the original shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.
